Photograph of St Swithins School, Bagholme Road, Lincoln. This image was taken after an air raid on 24th March 1941 and highlights the real danger of war.
The school was used by children living to the south of the Monks Road area of Lincoln. It was badly damaged when the area was bombed by a lone German plane during a night raid.
