Keystage 1 and 2 loans box

The loans boxes can be used in a number of ways to support formal and informal learning in subjects such as history, geography, English, science, art and design & technology. The objects can also compliment the development of writing skills for creative writing, ICT, numeracy, historical enquiry and encourage observational, communication and discussion skills and much more.

The loans boxes cost £3.40 per week, per loans box and are to be collected and returned from the museum. The boxes can be borrowed for up to 3 weeks any time of the year.

Listed below are the themes and topics available at each of the Lincolnshire museum sites. These boxes focus mainly on key stages 1&2, but some artefacts can be used to support key stage 3.

To check availability or book a loans box please contact the individual heritage sites for more details. Click on the museum site names below to locate the contact information or simply download the EMU - Education Programme for Schools leaflet through the link at the bottom of the page.
